{Travel Notes} 72h At The Old Orchard Pier

It was a perfect getaway! Old Orchard is a charm, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed, my family and I. The great thing about it is its approximation to Montréal – The distance is pretty much equal to MTL-NewYork route.

There is nothing much to do really, and that’s the beauty of it! You can spend the day lounging at the beach, and drinking at the Pier’s bars at night (gorgeous view on the water), but you may find them tacky. It’s the perfect destination if you want a retreat from the urban life and your routine, but not much to expect if you want to play the tourist. On the second night of our stay, we drove to Ogunquitt and that my friends, is my next  72h destination. It was cute, lots of boats and lobsters, country homes and chic dinning and gorgeous views!
